Professional Development Coaching
As a professional development coach, I focus on three areas of professional enrichment:

Clinical Supervision: As a social work board-approved clinical supervisor in Pennsylvania, Virginia and North Carolina, I provide online teleconferencing individual and group supervision catering primarily to MSWs, and LMSWs, and LCP residents progressing toward their clinical licenses. In addition, I provide clinical peer consultations for newly licensed and experienced clinicians who desire to hone in on their clinical skills.
2. Social Work Career Strategist: I focus on enhancing individual’s skills, knowledge, and expertise, while fostering career growth. Through tailored strategies, and training sessions that address specific career goals, challenges, and opportunities I am confident individuals will gain clarity, confidence, and actionable strategies to thrive in their chosen fields.
